Where Ötzi once wandered over the glacier, you will find many opportunities for winter activities:
In the ski area “Schnalstal” with its glacier at 3,200 mt you can ski on 40km slopes with the newest models, or try in the increasingly popular telemark.
If you do not feel like skiing then you can make a pleasant snowshoe hike into the Schnalser winter landscape or a ski trip on one of the numerous peaks.
For the cozy winter holiday offers the 3.3 km long toboggan run, or the ice rink a nice change.
