The hotel Terme Merano was designed by the famous architect of South Tyrol Matteo Thun. With his colorful accessories and the natural building materials as wood, glass and stone and situated at the nicest piazza of Merano the Hotel has already become one of the attractions of the city. Cowhides and deer head chandelier are combined with burgundy and gold fabrics which gives the alpine stile a modern touch. The hotel is central located and allows excursions by food. The historical center, with restaurants and cafés, is reachable by a few steps.
